2006 Update
Due to a new contract obtained with a Government Agency all employees are now cleared to SC level.
System Security
Servers are locked in a secure internal room with no access for unauthorised persons.
RWM follow a stringent backup procedure to ensure a minimum of computer downtime.
RWM's networks utilise an "air gap" firewall, thus ensuring complete immunity from external threats. All PC's have the floppy drives and CD Roms disconnected and RWM follow a strict media control policy allowing no unauthorised media to enter the premises.
Physical Security
The site is surrounded by fencing with a secure double-gated compound giving access to the loading bay doors. All deliveries are made with the vehicle inside the premises.
All windows and doors are protected by steel mesh and bars.
The building is fully alarmed and monitored 24hrs.
 The building has recorded 24hr CCTV in operation.
Access to building and scanning and preparation areas are further protected by keyed entry pads.
The server room is locked at all times with access only available to designated staff.
All mobile phones are banned from the processing and scanning areas of the premises.
Electronic Security
RWM's external Internet access has no connection with any internal networks. This removes the possibility of any virus infection via the internet. All internal computers, except those in specially designated and secured areas, have floppy drives and CD drives removed or disabled.
No unauthorised media (CD's, floppy discs) are allowed on the premises.
