SCANNING
RWM use a variety of high quality bureau scanning equipment. This wide choice of equipment means that documents of virtually all types, sizes and colours can be scanned quickly and efficiently without damage to the originals.
RWM use a highly experienced team of operatives to carry out the scanning and associated tasks. All staff involved are fully trained and supervised at all times. RWM employ over 50 people in this area.
RWM can provide the electronic images in one of its own products or as specified by the customer. The most popular formats are TIFF, JPEG and PDF.
 All paperwork is monitored and logged as it progresses through scanning allowing queries to be handled quickly and efficiently (paper to digital image process).
