PREMISES
RWM occupy 16000 sq ft of specially equipped scanning premises. The premises are fully alarmed and connected to the Redcare monitoring service. The premises have 24 hour CCTV surveillance. Windows and doors are heavily protected.
Internally the document preparation and scanning areas are separated from other areas by coded keypad doors.
Documents are prepared using specially constructed workstations.
Documents are scanned in the scanning hall.
All scanned images are checked and indexed in the coding area.
The servers are kept in locked room and can only be accessed by designated staff.
