Due to a new contract obtained with a Government Agency all employees are now cleared to SC level.


PadlockMany organisations have specific concerns about the confidentiality and safety of documents that leave their possession. As such, the following systems were set up by RWM up to address these and other important issues.

Each member of staff at RWM has signed a confidentiality agreement and has been checked against the records of the National Identification Service. Key members of staff involved with work of a highly sensitive nature have signed the Official Secrets Act. RWM would also consider signing other relevant agreements.

In a business dealing with millions of documents every year, including some of a highly sensitive nature, it is fundamental that the procedures and processes in use at RWM help to ensure that customers’ documents are held securely and in the correct order.

As such, all Document Consignments are allocated a unique code which is tracked through every stage of the conversion process. RWM monitor and record the complete progress of all paperwork using a dedicated system. This allows a full audit trail to be maintained of all paperwork at each stage of the conversion. It also records which of RWM’s operators have been involved at each stage and with which paperwork.

This system allows RWM to quickly retrieve and fax, email or courier any paperwork that may be needed by customers during the process.

These procedures, together with the company’s adherence to ISO 9001:2000M, BSI 7799 and BSI DISC PD 0008 standards and guidelines, ensures that the electronic records are authentic copies of the original documents.
